Community Involvement and Volunteering

At NCTP’s, we firmly believe that contributing to the communities we live in and come from is important. That is why we have established a program to encourage our personnel to volunteer at nonprofits they are passionate about. Whether it’s a few hours at the local animal shelter or visiting patients in Hospice care, reaching out and helping is important for ourselves and the communities we live in and serve.

Organizations We Support

Staff are encouraged to volunteer for at least 16 hours each year with an organization they feel truly passionate about. In return, NCTP’s pays them for the first 16 hours they volunteer with the organization. By supporting volunteer work, we know that not only are we supporting our community, but we’re encouraging our staff to pursue the causes they really care about, giving them more job satisfaction.
